my husband has a warrant for his arrest for stalking his ex-wife. there is no evidence whatsoever. she just filed the claim and said this happened back in june. we only see her when we take the kids to her on every other weekend. we have a lawyer blah, blah, but he still has to go to jail and post bond. the police in the town that we live have some sort of money ring going on and have picked people up in the past on hear-say. this is not right at all! what else can we do?

There is no way around the warrant in the immediate your husband should surrender but with his attorney. If things are as you say then call the attorney generals office and report the problem to them as the DA controls who gets arrested not the police. Without evidence they wouldn't be able to convict as I'm sure your lawyer has told you, if the town is crooked you can either fight it, move out of that town, or give in to it. I would make sure you have a good lawyer and your facts straight. Good luck

contact the state police THEN go to the DA in your town. Explain the situation to them... at the same time, contact the local media with the supposed money ring situation.
Good luck

th elaw is the law and you can't really fight it too much i would move to a different county and on the visits you should just take the kids so he has no reason to be near her at all file for full custody stating this woman is causing problems with your husband ...but are you absolutely sure he is not contacting her behind your back?? he might be some people are like that i wish you luck

Turn himself in and post bond. When his trial comes he is innocent unless she can PROVE him guilty. If he is acquitted his bond is returned. Make sure your lawyer is a good one. Once he is aquitted get a restraining order against her.
