Because of personal reasons I had to drop out of a bridal party (my brother is getting married). Is it wrong to expect my husband to also drop out since I dropped out? The reason I dropped out is because I suffer from extreme anxiety and panic attacks and thought it be better to sit this one out. Am I wrong? And is it right for other bridal party members to get on my case about it?

Hey my bridesmaid had to drop out cause her hubby is forcing her to have a baby. Honestly no hard feelings, she'll understand, weddings are a PIA, they are expensive and time consuming and if the bride really is your friend and cares about you, she'll understand. - didn't read the end of your question - no it's not right for those bi*** to gang up on you, I hate hanging out with girls for that simple reason, screw them they have no right to butt into your life, tell them all to shove it. Dont take that crap from them, this is exactly why I hate weddings! you did nothing wrong so dont even bother talking to them anymore.

The fact that your anxiety attacks are beginning to affect your outside life should be a big red flag. Go get this handled and do it soon before you are afraid to leave the house. No its not right to ask your husband to quit because you can't handle it. Is it right for the others to get on your case, probably. This day is not about you.

You need to grow up. And just because you don't care about the bride and groom's day, doesn't mean that you should make your husband try to spoil it for them like you have. Shame on you! I take it you made it through your wedding okay.

You don't have to explain yourself to anyone regarding your reasons for dropping out. You did this because you didn't want to ruin the wedding...

If these panic attacks are interfering with you life to need help, they will only get worst if you do nothing.

Thats pretty sad that you did that to your brother. Take some meds and stand up, be an adult.

depends on how close you are to the bride/groom - and if you just can't afford it. if the reasons are more on the surface, suck it up and smile....
