I'll be 22 so I'm not really looking forward to it. Last year I partied too hard and got the cops called on me, so I don't think I want to drink that much...My friend wants me to "do whatever I want" for my bday but honestly i feel like sitting on my couch and watching my butt grow bigger..lol

Do just that! sit on your butt, rent a couple of good movies and have a couple of good friends over to watch them with, before that have them each bring something for a snackin' then relax and at the end of the movies i would open a bottle of Champagne and sing Happy Birthday to me with my closest friends.

Have a pajama party invite a few of your closest friends get a few good movies, nail polish, hair goo etc and just have fun and relax
