You know your mom got along OK long before you were born. She doesn't have to be checked on now unless she has some kind of mental disorder requiring a doctor's care. Let her go. As long as she has provided for someone to take care of you, you shouldn't worry about it. She needs her wings and space. As long as she is able to go out on her own, don't be a clinging vine. Find something you can keep your attention on to stop your worrying. And as one other answer said, if you are worried about your mom, pray to the Lord to safely keep her out of harm. You will find that as you pray, His peace will keep your heart and mind off your worries.

What are you actually worried about? Is it being alone or being with someone else? Do you worry about your Mums health or feel she is in danger? How old are you? I would suggest talking to your Mum about how you feel, she might be to answer some of your questions and calm you down. If you cant do that try to find yourself your own special hobby which will keep you busy while she is out but that you can share with her when she gets back. The more you start to enjoy being independent doing things you enjoy on your own the better you will cope being away from your parents Hope this helps. x

Dont worry I was exactly the same lol. It soon passes, you will probably still worry about her but not total paranoid about her. Just remember your mum is an adult and totally capable of looking after herself, she did before you were born, so she can still now. The faze will pass, you're just sensitive, not such a bad thing if you think about it lol. Good luck with it, hope it turns out alright x

It sounds like you are totally attached to your mom and the only time you feel safe and secure is when she is with you. You are having seperation anxiety is what u r experiencing! Its normal and you should start by taking short periods apart like 30 minutes at a time. You know she is coming back so remember that. Find something to do while she is gone- like yahoo answers and before u know it she is back! Good luck to u

Always look at the bright side of things babe ... where theres a negative theres always a positive

Don`t know how old you are, but if you`re a teenager, grow up a bit. You`re cramping your mums style.
