In this day and age there are no such thing as a Mans job or a Womens job..I have sat behind a tractor ..combine and hauled wheat in a grain truck...I have picked rocks..hauled hay ..and stacked it..i have mended fences and herded cattle..for some its not liking it its a way of life...And im a woman with a young son..

What criteria makes a job a man's job?
It's very simple. Women have to pay bills just like men do. They very well may hate to do a certain job but will. Back when---- a woman couldn't get a "man's job" because it took away from the family. Well, family dynamics have radically changed with the last generation. Women still don't make what a man does doing the same job --- around 75% of the pay. Unless you happen to be in a union.
I do not support a job being given to anyone because of sex/race/etc because they are needed to support a quota. Everyone needs to pay their bills and support the family on their own merits

Why do some men want to stay home with the kids & clean house? It is all a matter of preference. Simply interest. I would love to have a hands on type of job instead of a simple desk job.

I don't really think that women like men positions; I think over all it's just a job. Jobs are hard to get now a days !
