A Friday because if it was a friday you still get paid and can pick up the check for working all week long. A Friday because then you have the whole day to yourself.

Monday morning so you get the whole week to look for a new job. Being fired on Friday you would probably be able to do nothing but brood about it the whole weekend.

Monday morning. so i can have the rest of the week to prepare for a new job. (resume,classifieds,making extra calls)
Also so I would get over the fact that i got fired and be able to somewhat enjoy my weekend because all the things that I would needed to do would already be done. Then i can start the next week fresh for interviews

Friday afternoon to have more pay for that week and so I could spend the weekend looking for jobs. Hopefully I'd have interviews lined up for that next week.

Friday- so that I can go out and party with my friends- Saturday to recover- sunday to put together a plan of action and then Monday- start looking for a better job! :)
