Well beside bunches of hate answer. If he was in front of me and I can only ask or say thing to him but can't kill him. I would probably ask:
"what exactly are you trying to accomplish? I would like to hear it straight from you instead of all scrambled up medias"
"what is your plan for the future?"
"what do you thinks of following religions: buddhist, hindu, catholic, prostestant, and jewish"
And the list goes on depend on his answer.

I would call the police so they can arrest him and he would be imprisoned for life. But before I would do all that I would kick him with a steel towed boot in his manhood. I may also make him eat all the most disgusting things I can find. Like the crap people have to eat in Fear Factor. Cow testcles, worms, flies, frogs, liver an onions, spiders, centapides, etc.
Grasshoppers, moths, squids, horseradish, picked hairing, maybe some dish soap too.

First I would rip him off of his dialysis thingy. Then I would smash his knee caps with a hammer. Probably then shave his beard with a dull razor. After that I would nail his tongue to a table and make him say the ABC's in Arabic. Needless to say I'm very patriotic and I hate terrorists.

I'd probably make him listen to any cher album.... then poke him in the eyes like the 3 stooges did.... then show him films of women suceeding in life... then shoot him a lot with a gun... a big gun.
