men don't actually "get" a yeast infection... the bacteria are transferred to a mans penis and can stay there... therefore if your girl has been treated for a yeast infection and you haven't then next time you have intercourse you will be putting that bacteria right back into her body... if she gets treatment you should too... the best way to treat both of you is for her to use the cream inside herself and then have intercourse... it will dispurse the medicine onto both of you.

Yes they can. I've had one and, with my doctors ok, treated it with the same vaginal cream that my wife uses for her yeast infection. It cleared up and went away in about three days but I continued to use the cream for another week. Haven't been bothered since.

Yes men can get fungal infections.

Yes but it doesn't effect them the same way once they get it , and some men break out like herpes outbreaks so see your doctor but you have to go when you have an outbreak if you have them so they can test you.
