Just take off your shoes. It's safer and regardless of what some people think, it is not illegal to drive barefoot.

I take my shoes off when I drive. The heel can actually get stuck on the floor and you can get into an accident.

Keep a pair of flat shoes or sandals in the car. This way you can switch shoes easily and you won't have to worry about loosing your shoe while driving.

I wear my tennis shoes when I drive and change into my heels when I get to wherever it is I'm going.

its better taking them off rather than putting them coz then it might (god forbidden) u might have accident !!!
so just take them of when driving ... thats the best i can tell !
