totally depends on the person, if it was me, right now, at 21 I wouldn't really care if it was a male or female. I might be a little nervous at first what type of a guy would be sleeping in the same apartment as me, I would prefer a younger guy, probably around my age. But when I am 30, I wouldn't care if it was male or female, but I would want a range from a 24-36 year old person. I figure if they are around my age the maturity level would be closer to mine, at least I would hope anyways. I would be kind of excited to have someone that I didn't know living with me, cause the way I see it, its another person to get to know and learn from, for good or bad. I guess I'd make sure my bedroom had a lock on it for the beginning, but I don't think it would be that bad.

I would like to share with a girl maybe a friend of mine I would be to scared to share with a stranger or someone real young I would be afraid they would want to party all the time or something.
