The best thing to do is, stop, step back from the situation, evaluate what mistakes you are making, and seek a solution that will give you the desired results for your problem. Continually making the same mistake shows that you are not learning anything from your efforts, and becoming depressed and feeling helpless is non-helpful behavior.

It depends on the nature of the mistake. If it's emotional then you should seek the help of a professional who can help you find the markers of your behavior.

If it is a mistake like spelling or math problems then it's all about practice and focus. It wouldn't hurt to get a tutor to assist either.

You are never helpless.

Good LUCK!

try learning from your mistakes. You won't feel helpless or depressed, you will have had learning experiences rather than have made mistakes.
The height of stupidity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results.

Someone once said: "doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result is one of the definitions of insanity". It may also just be, you are being too hard on yourself, I mean, what kind of mistakes are we talking about here?

Slow down and think about what you are doing. Ask older, for experienced people for advice. I don't know the problem, but there is usually a solution.
Pray, breathe, get a feasible, healthy goal and work toward it.
You can write me about specific problems if you want.
I will try to help.
