Here, I did it and took a pic.

Right hand: Thumb up, pointer finger makes a "B" with the thunb. middle finger stays straight up to make the "L". ring finger curls around onto the middle finger to make an "O".
Left hand: thumb and pointer finger makes a "D" by putting pointer finger halfway down thumb. Middle finger curls around onto the curled pointer finger to make the "O".
Put the two "O" 's together. =)

on your left hand fold your pointer finger so that the point of it is midway down on your thumd thus making a dfold your middle finger so that the point of it is against the knuckle of your pointer finger thus making an O, with your right hand do the same thing fold your pointer finger so that the point is halfway down the thumb thus making a B and then extend your middle so it is pointing straight out making an L, and fold your ring finger into the knuckle of your middle finger making an O
