EYE problem?

I have several floaters in my eyes;but have not been able to do anything; is there something to dissolve them, or is there a procedure i should look into

VERY SIMPLE TRAETMENT, TRY ONE OF FOLLOWING

1)dissolve a pinch of pottasium permagnate KMnO4 (pinky) in a cup of warm water and give an eye wash, then sleep for an hour atleast

2)dissolve BORIC POWDER(quarter teaspoon)in a cup of warm water and take eye wash . then take a NAP

you cannot do anything about them, sometimes it's due to lack of sleep or too much stress.
