Yeah, all we need to do to get rid of John Ferguerson. And wait for Steen and Wellwood to develop. We also need Justin Pogge to live up to his potential. I think we're going to win a Cup in the next 6-7 years. Let's hope Sundin's still playing then.

as an on-the-brink-of-leaving-the-fan-club fan....i highly doubt it will happen soon......they have no team sense or knowledge of how to build a team. the conn smythe way of thinking and building a team is gone.
and the owners and management think the coaching is at caliber height.....they need defence....and they need a new captain....sundin is a has-been...a certified choke artist....and it doesn't help that they sign players with ailing limbs.
and the salary cap just didn't make it an easier since they have high paid old timers

i don't think they will ever win the cup, maybe in 80 years but not within then next 40 for sure, i think. it's there 40th anniversary this year for the last time they won the cup 40 years ago. lol to another 40.

they might win when a monkey flies out of my ****. Thats almost like saying hasek will make it through an entire season this year. It isn't going to happen.
