Last weekend. I go about every weekend to the skate park. One child skateboards and me and my daughter roller blade around.....It's fun. I have always liked skating but I wouldn't dare get on a skateboard at my age. Hubby does and I laugh at him. I would so break my neck

About 8 yr ago I went roller blading for the first time. We where in a park on the bike trails that was paved. I when down a hill but as I was going down I seen how steep the hill was. I tried to stop by going in the grass. Well I stopped alright and almost broke a few bones. (thank God I did not break anything just hurt real bad the next day.)

The last time I went roller skating I went with my son's grade school class. I was about 35 years old.
I fell over a pile of kids that fell down right in front of me and I could not stop and I didn't want to hurt them so I just sort of toppled over them.
My wrist and arm were very bruised and I have not gone since then.
