Check out the entire Thievery Corporation library. Every album from The Mirror Conspiracy to The Richest Man in Babylon has tracks with heavy eastern influence like the Sitars you here in Lebanese Blond (great song by the way). I encourage you to check that out. There are a number of other groups in that vein some are more rough others are smooth. Thievery Corporation is a great gateway sound to some to other bands as well.

Here is the short list for you of Trip-Hop-esque bands are similar, but not too similar.

The standards:
Thievery Corporation
Massive Attack
Portishead
Tricky

More obscure, but very cool:
Kruder & Dorfmeister (Check them out)
Tosca (with half of Kruder & Dorfmeister)
Morcheeba (first album is the best)
Nightmares on Wax
Royksopp
Husky Rescue
Zero 7
Estero
Funki Porcini
Fila Brazilia
Roni Size (more upbeat)
Gorillaz (first album)
Devil Dub (hard to find, but worth it)
The Herbaliser

That should get you started...

How about other songs by Thievery Corporation? You might like In The Nursery, Portishead, Zero 7, Dead Can Dance, Asian Dub Foundation and Massive Attack, to name a few.
