Here is a breif history. I have been off the pill since June or a bit earlier. I have PCOS(poly cyst syndr). I had period in July but nothing in August. I, ve been feeling pregnant since first days in august with all symptoms. I have done 2 pregnancy test @home and both negative (last on on Friday sept 8). Made an appointment with dr which is tomorrow. But on weekend got some bleeding. thought it would stop and it didn;t. it was kinda light first with a bit of cloth. today on wed, I am heavily bleeding. Went to bathroom and thought is saw something strange. Don't know if i had a misscarriage. Have been having painful cramps all morning and i might be wrong and seen the toilet paper instead of an actual tissue but don't think so. The size was about in total 2 inches, one side seemed a bit round and the other end was thin and about 1.5 cm wide it was whitish color but not clear color. I can't wait until tomorrow! maybe I was never pregnant but I'm sure I was. help?

It was prob just the effects of being off the pill...when I went off the same thing sorta happen to me. I skipped my period for like 2 1/2 months...then when I finally got it, it lasted a lot longer than usual. Maybe u should go to the doctor just to make sure and to ease ur mind. Remember ur period isn't just blood, it contains mucas & it clots...u may have just seen that.

See your doctor immediately. It sounds like a miscarriage but it may just be a heavy period. Sounds a little like you passed something unusual and, as always, get it checked out. You might need to have a d&c to make sure all the remnants are out, or it could get infected. It's better to be safe than sorry.

It sounds like you may have had a miscarriage. Sorry :( You should definitely see your doctor tomorrow & they'll confirm if it was a miscarriage or just a period. If you miscarried, they will need to clean your insides. Good luck hun!

Sorry to say this yet it sounds like you DID have a miscarriage you HAVE TO get to the doctors though to make sure things go well. BEST WISHES

its really hard to say..the best thing is to either go to the ER if your bleeding doesnt slow down or cramps get alot worse...but if not go to your doctor in the morning

go to your doctor asap! call and say its an emergency! dont wait any longer. it could be nothing, but its always to be better safe than sorry

I didn't read the whole question, but you need to go to the docter if you ask me, again I don't have overies, or have periods.

Could just be a clot with mucus.
