Whatever it is that you are sad about just try to remember that things could be worse and focus on the good things that are going on in your life right now. Many ppl dont realize how good they really have it. There are ppl who are homeless, who cant walk, have a disability and the go on living everyday. I know that right now it may seem as if your alone and when your sad it clouds your judgment.. Its almost like a black cloud has covered your brain and all you can think of is the negative. Just remind yourself that it is not the end of the world and things will get better.. Life goes a lot smoother when your optimistic, everyone has problems in there lives, loses a loved one, and feel as if theres nothing left. Life is not perfect, nor is it fair, life is just what you make it. I believe that everything happens for a reason just have faith sweetie because once you overcome this feeling of sadness you will become a stronger person :)

I feel sad a lot so I can relate. That is one comfort, you're not alone. I find refuge in God...really! I listen to the New Testament in the NIV version on CD. I listen to Christian music...either traditional or contemporary depending on how I feel at the time. I listen to jazz. If I still had my father, I'd go see him. Now, I go see my grand kids. I tell my wife that I love her. Get a friend, like a pastor, and develop a caring relationship that is completely open and candid. I pray too. Finally, give yourself to others. There are always a lot of people in worse shape than we are. By giving to others, we don't focus on ourselves. There's joy in helping others. Thanks for brightening my day.

Why feel sad when there are people who don't know you who care enough to try and cheer you up! with everything bad going on in the world, it's reassuring to know there are still people out there that have faith in humanity and keep trying!

Well I could say something along the lines that life is wonderful or I could say something along the lines of at least your not in prison but i think I will say "You are a nice person who is well rounded, positive and deserve the best out of life. May the warm breeze kiss your cheek with passion and may the suns rays beam down and light your pathway encouraging you to enjoy the ever expansive universe." Enjoy!

You are more likely to be struck by lightening than eaten by a shark . And you are more likely to be infected by a flesh-eating bacteria than struck by lightening .
Cheer up , it could be worse .

Everything always works out...and if you were happy all the time, no one would like you because it gets annoying to hear about how happy someone is when you're not.

Tomorrow is another day. And so is the next one. And the next one. And the next one. Oh forget it! It's hopeless. I give up.
