I DONT HAVE A FULL LENGTH PERIOD OF 45 MINUTES THROUGH OUT THE DAY CONTINUOUS. SO I CAN DO 15 MINUTES IN MORNING EVENING AND AFTER DINNER. PLEASE ADVISE.

That's fabulous keep it up. Your recommended to exercise for 5 hours a week so you'll end up doing a wee bit extra to boot. As long as your diet is healthy and balanced your doing yourself nothing but good.

Yeah it is supposed to work, as long as you are getting out and exercising. It doesn't matter if it's all at once or 15 min at a time. Good luck.

yep it helps lot but you have to consentrate full 15 min exercise , no rest during 15 min session

yep... breaking up your routine into sections because of a busy lifestyle if fine. just make sure you're getting cardio in at least one session and weight or "power" work into at least one.
