Don't worry unless it has been over a year since you started trying. You can likely get pregnant without any help. It is all a matter of timing, although there are a few things you can do. You can take Robitussin to increase the quality of your cervical mucus, or use a product called Pre-seed. This is important to help your husband's little swimmers be able to get where they need to go. Don't time or temp, but try to have sex every two days. The missionary position is best for procreation purposes, and it can help to elevate your hips slightly with a pillow and remain that way for about twenty minutes after sex. The very best of luck to you!

go to the doctor. u might seem healthy but u could have multiple # of things that prevent u from getting pregnant.
1) u could have a hormonal imbalance which with a few pills gets normal
2) u could have a cyct thats what stopped my cousin from getting pregnant. a few tratments and she has a baby girl
3) stress. thats a very important factor. if u r stressing so much abt haveing this baby ur body is sending these tension vibes into ur womb which also prevent u from getting pregnant.( do u as soon as u have sex think oh maybe it happened this time, then u r overly stressed
4) a man has less sperm the more he ejaculates. meaning keep a gap between having sex. if u have sex 2 a day thinking ur chances r more u r wrong
5) relaxx and enjoy sex. there is no position no date nothing of the sort. i got pregnant the day i was supposed to get my periods. the doctor said that was immposible and i have a daughter to prove it is possible

BEST OF LUCK AND ENJOY MAKING THE BABY

There's probably no problem but if you've been trying for six months, I'd suggest visiting the doctor who will first check your husband for sperm motility and then run some tests on you to be sure everything is working as it should. No matter how healthy you are, there is no way to know if you have blocked tubes or various other things that would not show any symptoms, except to stop you getting pregnant.

From personal experience.....Relax. The more you stress about it the more likely you are not going to get pregnant. Stress does wonders on your body. Most doctors ask you to try for a year before seeking medical help. In my case we already had 1 child and had trouble getting pregnant again. After a year we both had tests run to see if there was a problem, nothing was wrong. So I was put on fertility pills and told to relax because I was so stressed. We were told not to have sex more than every other day during ovulation. Positions don't help but she did recommend that once he ejaculated to not thrust anymore, for him to pull out and for me to place my hips on a couple pillows to elavate them and lay there for about 15 minutes to try to ensure that some sperm would stay inside. After 2 months of fertility pills I started to give up. Once I relaxed I found out I was pregnant.

Healthy couples with regular sex have to get pregnant within 2-2,5years, so be patient, 6 months is still early to say wether you have problems or not. Regarding the positions try missionary position (you on your bag and your partner on top), best at night before going to bed, so you can remain in that position at least 30 min. and with a pillow behind your butt.
Good luck.

Some claim that keeping the pelvis higher than the stomach helps the sperm get to the egg, but the sperm swim against the current of the vaginal fluids, not gravity. So I don't think it really makes any difference. The sperm is traveling about one foot at the most.

you might want to go ahead and schedule a checkup with a fertility doctor! The wait on those are fairly high, hopefully you will have cincieved before the actual appt!

After a year of trying you go to a fertility specialist for testing. Simple.

6months isn't so bad give it another 6 and relax! relax! If you're becoming too uptight about getting prego that could be affecting your chances.
