woken up and felt like the world hates them, that is how I feel today and I don't know why..How can I stop feeling like this??

You just need a little perspective. My father had a stroke in Feb of this year, and is still not 100%. I have 2 uncles battling cancer- One's in remission, one's in the final stages (they told my aunt to get his affairs in order and to start to make final preparations).

Has any of this happened to you? No. Then, whatever you're dealing with right now, can be overcome. Cheer up honey, GOD could've not wakened you up today.

I've can honestly say I've never felt that way because I don't let other people's opinions of me affect the way I live, play, work, and breathe.

I have awaken with a feeling like, 'why am i here, again?' I don't know if it's the same thing as what you're feeling. But one thing you can do is live for yourself and answer to no one but GOD, if you're a believer. If not, just live for yourself, your peace of mind, and your contentment. It's only when you stop loving yourself that the world can hate you. When you're happy with yourself, you can take comfort in knowing that at least one person wants what's best for you, if no one else does.

it all depends on how long you have felt that way. if you feel that way alot you are deppressed and you should do something about it,dont be afraid of it , tacklle it before it tackles you.get up and keep yourslf buzy, shower, put on makeup , go get a hair cut,stop and think why you would feel like that, get some help if you feel that it is getting the best of you., and dont be afraid to do that. there are millions of people that feel that way, and are deppressed, go to a therapist, maybe you need a anti-deppresent. talk to a friend be open about how you feel there are many ways out of this and i suggest that you start today.

Trust me, the world doesn't hate you.
Do what I do, Go to the mall, Buy yourself some really kickin overpriced shoes, get a massage or pedicure and talk to the person doing it about all the creeps you can't stand, then buy some Godiva chocolates before going back home.
I think the chocolate actually releases some happy endorphin in your body!

Your not alone. It must be something in the air today I seen alot of people said they feel that way today also. Try to get some rest,Watch a good movie,enjoy a good dinner and the go tooo sleep. Hopefully you wake up feeling better. Good Luck!

Your day will be as good as you make it.

Except, of course, there is an extraordinary event (like the attacks on 9/11 by those crazy Islamo-Fascists).

Everyone has. Just look out there at the rest of the world and see what a mess most people are in today, and just be thankful that you have more than most.

I think everyone has sometimes you just have to roll with it and let it fade on its own.there is always someone out there that loves you.but i know how you feel i feel crappy today its rainy and i miss my girlfriend but you just gotta keep on keeping on.i just go listen to depressing music and eat a lot.which if you have the right kind of metabolism like me you wont gain a pound.

Yep, I've felt that before. Can't say I enjyed it either.

Socialise to cheer yourself up! Also, listen to 'I Want to Break Free', 'Friends Will be Friends' and 'Don't Stop me Now' by Queen.

Also, a must is 'Hold on Tight' by ELO.

I don't think thats too normal to feel that way when you did nothing wrong. If you keep feeling like that maybe you should see a doctor or something.
