I have a HILARIOUS story.
Me and some friends were chilling in my car smoking, and. a cop snuck up on us. We didn't see him until it was too late. The car was UNBELIEVABLY hot boxed. When i rolled down my window to talk to him he had to take three steps back because all the smoke went into his face.
people, I was COMPLETELY obvious what we were doing.
When the smoke finally stopped rolling out of the car the cop asked if we had been drinking ar doing any dope. like stupid high school kids, we said no.
and believe it or not the cop just said, "Well this might not be a good spot to hang out." and he sent us on our way.
Yes you can get arrested, You can get a DWI for it. key word, you COULD. but most cops, at least in Colorado, see there is a lot more harmfull stuff like meth and special k. They just passed a new law in Denver, that you can carry up to an ounce of weed on you at a time and the cops can't do ****. If you don't believe me, catch up on politics. slowly weed is becoming legal.

Yes, you can, but it's easier to get away with. If you get pulled over by a cop, he's going to give you some sobriety tests and he's going to test your Blood Alcohol Level. If you didn't drink at all, you only smoked, your BAL would be 0. That makes it hard to prove what else you were on. They can test your urine, but they don't know if you just smoked or if it was weeks ago. So, the main evidence against you are the BAL and the tests, which are sometimes video taped. With a good lawyer, you can get the charges dropped. But, if you have evidence in your car that you were smoking weed, then you're screwed.

Yes. You can be arrested for being under any kind of influence that's detrimental to driving. Also, weed is very illegal, so that alone will land you in jail.

As to what is considered impairment...each state in the United States has it's own DWI or DUI laws... Also, every country & region throughout the world has their own laws regarding "impaired driving".
Your answer is... YES...you can be arrested for driving under the influence of any chemical (such as weed)...
IF.... it impairs your ability to drive or operate a motor vehicle in accordance to the laws of that County, Region, State, or Nation.

Yes. Weed is a mind altering substance. If you're driving badly and you get pulled over and the officer suspects drug use, you can be arrested and tested.
