See if these start running when you turn on your computer by going to "Run" and typing MSCONFIG.
Then, try this site out for a list of stuff that starts running when you first turn on your computer:

There is usually so much CRAP when you first start your computer, that it really makes sense to turn some stuff off,

dont think twice about removing hkcmd and ctfmon.

I found the following for igfxpers:

igfxpers.exe is a process installed alongside NVidia graphics cards and provides additional configuration options for these devices. This program is a non-essential process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.

the first two are just files used by most INTEL chipsets, i disabled them and my system is still stable, so it is ok to shutdown or disable them..

CTF loader is pretty bit tricky.. though you can disable it in startup, it just wouldn't stop running upon logon.... this is a file used by microsoft office i think.. but there are always ways to restrict it from running like using a program that denies access to a program or zonelabs ZONEALARM OS firewall, which can restrict it to even run

All of them can be safely disabled.
