Well considering the fact that you only have one hour for lunch and you have to work for another 4 or 5 hours after lunch i would say around one or two because drinking beer isn't the only thing i would want to do with my lunch hour.

A generalization for legal alcohol consumption if you are planning on driving, is one beer. If your a big guy 2 1/2. But 3 in an hour is going to make you blow over the legal limit, at least in Tennessee.

Geez, that really depends on what you do for work. If you are employed on the Big Dig in Boston then it is almost required that you buy a round of pitchers w/ the rest of the guys.

Cubicle worker? Have you considered having a keg installed in your cubby and charge your fellow groundhogs $3.00 a cup.

Teacher? put that beer in a Big Gulp cup and take it to class!

i have heard that vodka doesnt have a very strong smell so that would be less noticeable......someone who doesnt drink beer can smell it from across the room.....but if you arent worried about the smell....... three for a half hour lunch.......six if you have a hour....that should hold you over until your next break

well that depends...are you driving? do you operate heavy machinary? are you at a business lunch? I would say none for the first two and take your cues from the boss or client fot the second...otherwise you might want to wait until 5...if you can't you might need some help!
