Try exhibiting this in some book stalls (quiet a few of them encourage young blood).
There are also companies like HP, IBM & large corporate houses who sponser for budding artists.
Try approaching them.

Publishing your artwork is very difficult, or at least making money at it is. You might want to instead, look into computer graphics, and incorporate your style into that. Just drawing and painting (though you may be very talented) is usually a road to nowhere today, unless you like sitting around at art and craft shows trying to sell your work. You could try the greeting card market, but that is also very hard to get into and you need a certain style and flair for that sort of thing. Same with children's book illustration. Have you ever heard the term "Starving Artist"? Some of the best artists are indeed starving! I would take as much design as you can in school and go onto college with it, and possibly then into the commercial art field. Trust me, this is not a field for making scads of money unless you end up as a top designer at a big agency or with Disney. Those jobs only go to the top professionals. Remember too,t hat scads of people out there can draw and paint VERY WELL! You would be surprised!

If you want to persue it as a career, I suggest going to an art school. As with publishing, it depends on what you're in. If you make comics, for example, the best thing to do is get yourself a booth at at comic convention. There, dozens of people will look at your work, and you'll have an opportunity of getting published. If it's normal art, I'm not really sure how you would go about publishing, but here's a great website [deviantart.com] where you can put your drawings up for print, and people will buy them. Just name your price and wait for the magic. But remember, you have to price them according to how good they are and if they would actually sell. And, if you're not a subscriber to this site, dA can take a pretty percentage of it. So it's all up to you. =)
