Does your computer ever jack in and lose an important file, where the only recourse is a backup or complete restore?

If so, get a new hard drive.

do a scan at www.pcpitstop.com
it will show you what programs are spyware on your account. You can also do a restore previous to the date this proplem started. That will remove anything that might be a adware.
