With out a doubt the best band right now is "RADIOHEAD".
I saw OASIS in January and saw RADIOHEAD live in June of this year.
C'mon OASIS does not compare.

I certainly do not. In my opinion, there is no "best band ever". It's all (mostly) subjective and what's good for some might suck for others. I can admit that Oasis are a good band regardless of liking their music or not, because it may simply not be good for my own personal taste. Mind you, there's a lot of crap out there!

No- the best Mancunian band is New Order, the best band ever is Depeche Mode or New Order. I can't decide which one I like more.

When you understand music you see that they have nothing. They dont even have the basics of a good rock band.

yes they ressurected music when it was dying-they reached our generation like the beatles did for theirs! I just knew when i heard them they were special and would live forever in our souls (do u get it-"live forever") hehe they made me want to be a "rock n roll star" (i could go on all night with this)! hehe x

haha I dont think they are the best but definitely a pretty good band, I love their style of music and they have many great songs!
