The Hippo!!!
If you have to go on a river in Africa, pray you don't encounter Hippos. You might inadvertently stumble into either a male's territory or a nervous mother with her baby.
They are easy to piss off and will literally split your boat in two, and gore your body to a mass of jelly.

you may think the lion because it is the king of the jungle, but the mosquito kills millions of african kids (below the age of 5) than any other animal or calamity

I would have to say the Cape Buffalo. I used to play Cabela's Dangerous Hunts, and those damn things would ram me to death constantly!

I've heard it's the Hippo. But, I think Lions are tougher.
