Once you have been arrested, the warrant drops. But, it stays on your record that they had to issue it. If it was issued for FTA (failure to appear) it's not so bad... pay the fines, and if you can't pay still show up to court on time. When they issue a warrant, your fine usuallly doubles or tripples. Just jump through the hoops and show up to court when they ask. Things work out much better. Good Luck!

They will arrest you.
Bench warrants will stay in place until you get pulled over and they run your licenses.
Either way take care of it.
It could keep you from getting a job.
So many employers run back ground checks.
It will show up.
