Needing to pee, but when you go to the loo its like peeing glass! Its all hot and burning and really really ouch! If you have loin pain, (pain in lower back, round like your kidneys), a temp, feeling generally unwell, nausea, urinary requency and blood in urine then you could have a urinary tract infection or pylenephritis (a kidney infection, caused by bacteria going up the ureters from the bladder back to the kidneys)

Most commonly a burning sensation when you pee. You may or may not see blood in the urine.
Back ache around the kidney area (maybe)
and a high temp (maybe)
OR you can have cystitis and have none or very mild symptoms.

very similar to those of a urine infection. Burning to pee maybe some blood in the urine. Try cranberry juice and advil, or go to the doctor for confirmation.

Wanting to pee every minute, even though there isn't much to do, and it burns when you do.
Drink lots of water and see a doctor for medication - this sometimes turns the pee reddish, so ask about it so you aren't alarmed!

Urinary frequency, pain in the lower abdomen, blood in the urine. If you suspect you have it drink lots of water to flush it out over the next 24 hours. If it continues go to the Dr who will prescribe antibiotics to clear it.
