you have to get a Yahoo!360 account first.
Then make your own photo there
Then you can use it on your Yahoo!Answers

You have to create a 360 page, then download a picture to that. Then if you go back on Answers, it gives you the option to use a pic from your 360 page.

well mine cam from my yahoo 360 picture so I had the option to select that one, I imagine you can go to edit profile info and select a pic that's on your computer

well......go to .....like while u doing this..ur avater will appear isin't?click ur name ...and it will come (view 360 page)click that........u can do after that
