welp Good thought wrong application, Virginia is one of the toughest states in respect to driving and licensing, Illinois is worst, they will check, said or unsaid and find out about you. The best thing you could do is ride out the Suspension (if Temp), or adjust your lifestyle to accomplish your needs, Good Luck

I live in California. And yes!! you'r bad records will stick with you!!
But for how long is you license going to be suspended? Does it worth moving to another state? And if you get a ticket in Virginia??

It used to be that you could change residency to another state and get a license. With the advent of the computerized systems you can not. You will need to fullfill your obligation to the state of Ohio.

I would imagine that it follows you everywhere. You're not just a person you are more of a number....a Social Security Number and you cannot hide from that.
