Hunger/starvation/famine
Crime
Cruelty of any kind especially to children,animals and old people
War,i get lectured on a daily basis by my son lol
Sick, Evil people
Sadness
loneliness
natural disasters hurricanes,tornadoes,volcanic eruptions

Waking up in the middle of the night to find your husband having a heart attack- and being able to do nothing but watch him die. That was bad for me because it was a mental anguish. I felt like I had let him down. Mental or emotional pain hurts far worse than physical pain does. That was a pain in my past.. but not so much anymore. I'm sure I'll experience worse in my life time but so far, that has been the worst experience.
On a lighter note, giving birth was no picnic. LOL
Hell, now that I sit here and think about it.. there a whole lot of things that can seem like the worst thing in the world. It would seem that if after everything you're going through, you're still kicking, whatever you suffered can't really be that bad.
