I found a smaller blogging community that looks like it might be ok, but then I hear that a lot of people use myspace.
Are the smaller blog sites like myfreeblogs.com any good, or should I just go with the big guys and hope my stuff is actually seen? Is there anything wrong with smaller blog sites?

Sorry, this isn't my site though, I found it off blogexplosions.com where I read other peoples blogs and it was one of the few that wasn't a myspace or google blog site... so I was curious

By the apparent way that you asked this question, you don't attract people to your site. Try something that takes the eye a little more.

I use myspace. I have found a lot of old friends that way, well they have found me. And there are always interesting other people to see on there.

Its just a lot of fun and I think that I would recomend that over another site.
