I would have given the British overwhelming force in ww1 from the outset in 1914.

I think it might have prevented ww2 delayed the development of the nuclear bomb and kept the US in an isolationist mode. It would have likely consolidated the British Empire even more as a military and economic power and that in turn would have kept the world safer.

By ending the first war faster the use of mustard gas would have been prevented and a lot of the reasearch on chemical weapons would have been slowed right down etc.

War is the great inventor without it the urgency to do things disapates incredibly

I would have also insisted that every last British subject memorise the Magna Carter in order to further preserve freedom throughout the land as it goes further in spelling out "rights" than any other document in the world -

I would change the way the Southern United States was formed into a cotton state region. aand made it into one of industry, I think this would have remoived the Civil War from happening.

I think by delaying the INventionof the Cotton gin by 60 years would have elinated the need for so much southern cotton that as the Brits out biggers customer would have began using indian cotton.
This would hav e kept the slave sin Africa, allowed them to live in peace, and thsir own religion,

The guys and gals that wrote the bible over lunch one day............ how could they have imagined that a book of fables would one day have been taken seriously without any facts to back it up ?. Amazing to see the powers of narrow minds unwilling to look wide.

If I took away the crucifixion of Christ then there wouldn't have been so many wars perhaps.
It may have averted a lot of hostilities between nations especially WW11.
I know he was supposed to have died for our sins but some people use this as an excuse to wage war.

I would change the fact that Eve was deceived by Satan. I would have her laugh in his face and call him a liar and turn around and walk away from him. Other people might still have eventually bought his lies but at least the whole human race wouldn't have inherited sin from the beginning and Jesus would not have had to die on our behalf. Perhaps, instead, he could have just come here and helped us to be strong and fight the temptation that Satan kept throwing at people.
