I've been off of birth control for about 3 weeks now (i stopped taking it when my period started last month), so it's not time for my period to be here for another few days....i've just been feeling sick the past few days. if i've only been off bc for a few weeks, could i be pregnant enough to already start having symptoms? or could i just be sick?

Even though it's true that your body may not ovulate the month after you get off birth control pills, anything can happen.

Have you been eating/drinking differently, exercising more/less, or undergoing a life change (starting a new job, starting school, etc.)? Even if you have always had normal cycles, stress can do many different things to you, including making you feel physically sick. Or it can just be that you have an infection? (Urinary Tract Infections can also make you feel crappy, bloated, and miserable.)

that has happened to me a couple times... it is most likely your body adjusting to the change of not having the birth control i've done obout 2 pregnancy tests a month just to make sure i'm not pregnant also yopur body has a way of tricking you if you are super stressed about it that could be whats making you feel sick... go get a test and you'll most likely feel better once you have an answer.
Good Luck

maybe both. But dont get your hopes up because you body might still be adjusting to the fact that it is not receiving the bc anymore. if you have ovulated and had "unprotected" sex than you could be pregnant. I think you are just adjusting to not having the bc though. Good luck in whatever you find out.
