acutally yes
home depot has a screen door material that stands up to cat claws and dog claws. Now they said its with a certain degree. I put some on mine and it works good. The cat messed with it a bit and figured out it wasnt going anywhere and gave up. Apperantly if he psycho on it well thats another story.
I know there is a metal frame with bridging that mounts in the screen frame thats about 2 feet tall. they cant get thru that at all. but you can see it. Depends on what you want

My friend has a pack of dogs, at least 8, and they are all pretty big. They have a sliding glass door and over half is a screen that is frameless. It has two overlapping sections like a curtain and they (people too) walk right through.

You can get the screen door rebuilt at a hardware store and have then use pet screening. Its about twice as strong of a screen. Its not totally tear proof but a lot better.

Yes...the real door. If you close it, dogs won't damage your screen door. Not from the inside anyways.

They make a screen protector for screen door. There are several to choose from. Check out your local hardware, or Home Depot. or even your search engine.
