The picture looks modified. Even if it is not. This is not a very self respecting way of getting attention.
I really am sad for you and I wish you could get some help. You don't need to do this for attention. I'm sure you are a very nice person with a great personality. Trust in being yourself and you will find that people of character will be attracted to you instead of low lifes.
