You are exactly right.. regardless of what others think, he was offered to Clinton not once but three times by a country that was trying to get rid of him.. They finally did ban him and he ended up in Afghanistan. He was targeted there by a drone (armed) but was not allowed to shoot him... no one could understand that renege, by those in charge.

Seems rather strange that all of congress backed the president before the war and even the previous administration and the loudest mouths of the democratic party had demanded it during the previous administration.. How rapidly history gets lost.

Negotiations with Sudan & the Clinton administration were refused as far as bin Laden's capture was concerned , by Clinton & Berger's team . Clinton may run in & out of various churches for publicity purposes - but even a womanizer like Bill Clinton wouldn't fall for the" 72 virgin's" trick..

If Bush was made it a priority to capture Bin Ladebn after 9-11 why did he invade Iraq? It has been PROVED that Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11. So for the past five years Bush and gang of leaders have allowed Bin Laden to be on the run. Mission Accomplished!

Please don't believe the garbage that you saw on the TV show. Clinton was not "offered" bin Laden, and he did try to take him out on several occasions. He did not refuse to kill him.

--The Clinton Administration was actively seeking Osama Bin Laden and ways to capture or kill him.
--The 9/11 Commission debunked the suggestion that Clinton simply refused Osama on a silver platter.
--When Clinton did bomb Osama Bin Laden's encampments, Republicans claimed he was "Wagging the Dog."
