sum ppl say it's pretty good u kno and the price is right but others say the service sux sumtimes there're hidden fees and crap u just don't need... so is it any good?

Lens Crafters is okay - the service is half and half sometimes they are great and other times they really pay no attention to anyone in the store. They have LOTS of hidden charges that really add up and make the package more expensive

THey screwed up my glasses like 4 or 5 times, so I thought that they sucked, but then they refunded me the FULL price so I consider that good customer service. Of course I would have rather paid for them and had them right the first time though.
