I cannot get messages from cschneider8@cinci.rr.com. What can I do?

check your blocked addresses and if hes in there then just take him out. to get to blocked addresses just click on options in the right hand corner under the first row you will see the blocked address link to click on and open

Try putting the address in you address book; that will keep messages from going into the bulk mail.
