Browns and neutrals are the best. Stay away from the blues it will take away from your eyes. Also try a bronze for your eyes and as an eyeliner. .

Purples, pinks and earth tones.
Depends really upon what your skin tone is.
If olive you can wear blues and green's too
If peach or reddish, stay away from blue but green is okay
If yellow or asian, everything really works except a too dark or charcoal look.
If fair. No blues.
You need a color wheel to see what tones hide and or make others look worse. Green tones down and corrects red, but blue enhances these same imperfections. Works better however with brown eyes than blue.
What I always say more than anything else... Just don't wear such heavy or light blue so that it looks like someone chalked their pool cue on your face.
GO to a library and check out a color book. Your eyes have a natural shadow line on your eyelid that shows where to put the darker tones over the lighter. In the crease. After and all over base color, put a tone darker into the crease and lighten and lift the eye at the brow line with a shimmer in the outter, upper corners. Make sure you use eyeliner on the upper lid at the lash line and lower lashline then blend. and always test your foundation on your hand to match the tone. Never wear it as if it were a mask, get the right color and blend blend blend!
And don't listen to jo down there below me either... Those women are anything BUT nice, they are salespeople and will vulture you into things you can't afford and don't need because it is THEIR JOB to make a quota every month.
Last time I went into Clinique for something for dry skin under my eyes, I walked out with over $98.00 worth of other crap I didn't need and that was after I said no! to half of the rest of the stuff she actually wanted me to buy. Initially she was trying to push over $200.00 worth of junk on me! Held the free gift over my head and woulfent give it to me until I agreed to come back and buy the rest of it.
Luckily I actually needed what I bought (which is the only reason I agreed to take it as I am far from a pushover) but... If I were a weaker person, she would have sold me the store! She and her sh*itty free gift can kiss my big ***!

go to mary kay.com and you can type in all of your skin/hair/eye color and it will tell you
I suggest nuetral colors or shades of blue... light color on ur lid and just under your brow for a highlighter... medium color in between those (right on the brow bone) and then a darker color making a V with the open end facing the inside of your eye... so you close the V on the outside where your eye ends.
Use lots of mascara.. this will make your blue eyes pop
dont do anything dramatic with cheeks or lips.. u want ur eyes to be your focal point

Personally, I would go with browns, pinks, golds, maybe even some blues to bring out your eye color. I think that the link below, though, will help you more than I have! I hope that this works for you!

Pop along to a makeup section in a big department store and have a chat to one of the lovely ladies as your skin tone and colour effect what colours suit you as well , be warned they can be very pushy. Other wise buy a big box of make up which has loads of different make up in loads of different colours (or wait until Xmas, i have one every year of someone lol) and have a go experimenting yourself

I think that browns are the best for any eye color. Use a dark black eyeliner and black mascara. Blue shadow unless put on the right way , looks tacky.

All depends on your mood/ occasion.
You feel playful and girly- pastel pinks and blue would be nice., white liner
Everyday work/office - brown, gold, light metallic, brown liner
Evening club/party - silver w/ black eyeliner
Casual park/errands - green, brown, brown liner
mascara is important and make sure your brows are combed or shaped properly.
Have fun.
