You probably mean "John 3:16." This refers to the book of John in the Bible, chapter 3, verse 16.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
I'm not sure why people choose this verse so often to publicize at sporting events.

This verse is non-existent, not to say that some dummy might have written a sign that says that cause they have no sense, but, as the other writers have told you, this should be John 3:16, and you have one writer who has no idea what he is talking about when he says it says anything about i am god, yatta yatta. check your new testament, and you will find the real deal. It's part of God's plan of salvation for you and all the rest of us. Some of us have heeded the information, and some have not..

John 3:16 is a bible verse, and it says something to the tune of "I am the lord. And all who believe in me will have eternal life."

I think its a request for somebody's friend (named John, of course) to turn a full circle and look around
