A call center is where you take phone calls from customers, known as Inbound or you could either call out to customers home such as Outbound. Depending on what kind of job you are doing it varies from different companies.

call centre is nothing but a place that gives support to the product that is sold by a company. For eg., if u buy a brand new laptop, u would not know how to connect it to internet or how to operate it. U have to call the customer service people to get help. The place where customer service and technical service people work is called as a call centre. they answer ur calls and provide u the best solution. got it?? :-)

When working in a call center, you sit at a computer and are on the phone all day receiving calls from customers either asking questions or making reservations. It all depends on the company you work for.

a call center is a place where people ring up if they have a problem with there phones . so be prepared for naging customers and people u dont undertand
