Your question is pretty insulting, but I'll answer it anyways since I'm just a few points from another level and your an idiot.
First of all - why don't you start by researching the Geneva Convention rules. If we participated in stringing up anyone, then we would not be much different than them. However, Bushie has done a very good job of turning the entire world against us as we press on with a "war" that had nothing to do with 9/11 or terrorists (WMD - where????) and all about oil. The USA is now the laughing stock of the world. Embarrasing.

In your question you used the words human and rights. Here in American we believe in human rights it's in the constitution. There are laws on the books to deal with terrorists, our system of justice is not perfect but it works most of the time. Would you rather we be like Cuba, China, North Korea, Iran where you cannot criticize the govt?

if your refering to the people at gitmo they have yet to stand trial and should be given a fair one they are being held without charges, this is the same thing done in dictatorships, if they are found guilty string em up but until that happens they are human first, and as far as them not giving u the same respect THATS WHAT MAKES THEM TERRORISTS
