i thought no one would ever ask;they have just saved my eyesight and now i am stuck on an impossibly balanced diet for the rest of my life;that is no alcohol and no chocolate a little sugar and no biscuits;the food has to be eaten at certain times and despite stable sugar i still feel utterly lousy all the time
i cant see properly as i have still got water in the eyes and it will need further laser treatment to cure this and my balance is gone and no reason known for this;my doctor and my mohter are screaming at me to go back to work;my memory is very poor and my diabetes means that i cant stand being around anybody and i am impotent as well-there is no possibility of disability
benefit-mum is very ill and determined not to allow for any illness that i might have
i am learning thai on my jown ont hte c omputer and excel and typing and the computer generally;my typing is deteriorating as my blood sugar is dropping although i ate exactly the same yesterday and it didnt happen;if the sugar drops too low you dont have enough brain fuel;its a nasty awful mess that i would never have been able to deal with even five years ago but i am going to nail down the thai and get a job teaching english in thailand and get after some of htose cute little thai girls;you kinda get used to living under this very heavy pressure and the reason that this question is so unusual and welcome shows how far away we have drifted from stopping people from being lonely
here in london nobody knows or cares or understands-apart from that everything is fine

Well, I have just quit my job as an administrator to take a job as a cleaner! My husband is working all the hours that god sends for little reward, but we made the choice for me take the extra time and spend it with our daughter. Already I can see the difference in her:-)
I work from 6am till 8am and then from 9am till 2pm, then come home, do the housework, play with the little one, try to relax! What about you??

this 1st week of the new school year was bussy!! its my 5th year medical school, i'm in internal medicin rotation.....
my 1st patient follow up.......
trying to get a hold on how to investigate, manage, put a differential diagnosis, attend the MORNING MEETING (some Dr.s make it a really stressfull, Nerve damaging experience that u'd get nothing out of it!!!!!!)........
now I'm trying to find some articles on a topic I'm supposed to present next week.... (I hope it'll go smooooth & easy)...
well....on top of all, add: lack of sleep, no time to study & read what u want to improve & refresh u're knoledge on........
but....when u see some feedback, that's what makes u move on.... (I hope I'll get some possitive ones, & constructive negatives won't hurt...)

I'm a bit lost... just broke up with my ex... you know the feeling... but i'm start making planes to change... i'm thinking leave the country and try to leave in italy for a while to know more about the country, culture and language... after that go to spain for while as well... maybe settle down there... and bout you my friend??? take care....

not a lot - supposed to be typing some schedules for work whilst my partner lovingly makes me a chilli for tea, can her the kids screaming at each other in the street, and i will have to wash up later - the excitement .
Keep messing around on here will never get the work done

if it werent 4 bad luck i'd hav none at all. life seems to be treating me like he caught me sleeping with his wife. mustn't grumble tho as i hav a lot to be grateful for. Nice to know someone out there is interested in others. gd point reading ur question today.

cooking dinner for the kids sat here writing this missing my b/f as he has to work all night plus being at work all day too got a headach just about to sort the washing out for school tomorow and thats about it really quite average really
