Despite exercise and consistent diet I was not getting rid of cellulite in the same area. Finally I did lipo.

Loved it. It made all those bumpy places on my thighs go away. And it hasn't come back yet. Recovering wasn't long either.

Unfortunately most products do not really eliminate cellulite but they can firm and tone the skin and plump up the outer layers so that the dimpling is less noticable. Avon Cellusculpt and L'Oreal Sublime Slim are very good and reasonably priced.

Of couse you can also try supplements in addition to the creams above. Phytomer makes a cellulite reducing supplement that can produce good results when combined with regular excercise (at least 5 days a week and should be with some type of weight resistance to speed up fat burning.) It's not fun, but calorie restriction and portion control are also key to really loosing the additional weight that you may need. Other than than, self tanners also work if you are going to be in a bathing suit and will trick the eye to not see the dimpling as much. Some good ones are from L'Oreal, Dove and Avon.

Cellulite is not just caused because of excess fat, but more to do with the connective tissues losing their elasticity, so the fatty deposits bulge through and look lumpy. This means even if you are not overweight, you can still have cellulite. The less body fat you have, the better it will look, but that will not rid you of it completely. Exercise will also help to improve circulation as well as cutting out tea, coffee and salty foods. The pill can make cellulite worse, due to the high oestrogen content.

Endermologie and Mesotherapy have been shown to improve cellulite. These treatments are available through cosmetic surgeons, however they need to be repeated for the long term to maintain results. HTH : )

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Cellulite Disappear?

Cellulite is just fat under the surface of the skin. The dimpling look of it is the result of the skin & connective tissue underneath losing its elasticity as we get older (it shows up most of the time once we are in our 20's, and tends to get worse as we age. Sucks, I know...), so it allows the fat to squeeze through the loosened connective tissue and produce that lovely orange-peel effect that we all hate.

The only real way to get rid of it is to lose the fat. Exercise, exercise, exercise...and of course, a healthy diet and PLENTY of water (our hydration level can affect how our skin looks. If you're well-hydrated it tends to be more supple). There are some creams that can help, but for the most part they take several weeks of daily use to see any difference, and if you stop using it, it'll come right back.

If anyone has any miracle cure, though, I'd love to hear it!

Most of the skin firming creams and lotions will help out. You should also make sure to keep your body hydrated with water, it helps reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Losing the extra weight will help but you are going to have to tone and strengthen the thighs ... if you like to Run, Bike, Dance... just get out and move and make sure you add some weight training to your work outs as this will help strengthen :)

Good Luck

there is no "cure" for cellulite; you can, however, diminish the appearance using firming cream; try the one from Jafra
