My Asian Wife treats me better than any other Woman ever could. Where do they get that from?

Although this is a bit of a stereotype, I would say that in Asian culture, women are taught to be subserviant to men, to cater to them, to defer to them, etc. This is probably more prevalent in actual Asian countries. Here in America, they are allowed to be independent and they assimilate into society and the roles of women here. But watch out... when wronged, some Asian women can be pretty vengeful. I'm always reading stories about some Asian woman who has killed her husband in his sleep, etc., because she was wronged. There was a case here in Chicago just this week where an Asian woman was extradited from China back to the U.S. on charges she chopped up her husband and stuck him in the trunk of a car. She left the country but they just brought her back. And there was the famous case from decades ago of a woman in Japan who killed her lover, cut off his penis and carried it around in her obi sash. It was made into a movie called "In the Realm of the Senses"
So I guess you'd better be good to your Asian wife... or else...

I totally disagree that asian women is beaten in childhood to act that way. Its only the culture that teaches respect for every one. if u look into the mythology u will find the bond betwen boy and girl was not only for little time but for the whole life. And to keep the relatioship intact for the whole life it is very important to respect each other. I dont see that kind of respect in any other continent's people.

Asian women do not necessarily appreciate men more than other women do. What makes it appear as if they do is the fact that Asian women, from the time they are born, are taught that men are superior to women and that a women is suppose to be
a servant to her husband until death.

Asian girls are thought since childhood the true value of life, the true value of family. they know what means having and keeping a family united. the education they get is different from the education we have in Europe ore anywhere else. they are educated to respect life and not like some of u said..to respect men. they are educated to be kinde witch is a difference in being obedient. kindness brings pace into her home..respect brings back respect.so my friend..ure luke and u should keep ure luke near u for the rest of ure life..coz she wil keep alive the true value of family.
