First off, you have to be really good for the NFL.

It's not all about Rocket arms and other body parts. You have to be a team player.

Suggestion: Find a sports agent who will give you a better insight on how to get this done.

Sadly, he has no chance, unless he is in college, and is an All-American caliber player for a program large enough to attract NFL scouts. Look at the guys teams are cutting who weren't good enough to be third string. Most won Bowl games, led their conferences in passing, etc.

NFL teams don't have open tryouts. The Vince Papale story, from the movie Invincible is nice, but is not going to happen today.

Don't send videos, that won't help. Your nephew will just end up looking sad, like Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite.

The sad truth is, you have to have an unbelievable pedigree to be drafted into the NFL, and even then it is a long shot to make a career of it.

Steer your nephew to furthering his education, if he isn't already...

His best bet is to be on a team for a division 1 school so he will get noticed. Also, being on a team and working as a team teaches systems, theories, techniques, methods, and correct physical training. Just size and ability to throw well doesn't mean you are any good at an organized sport. How does he throw with three 300 pound defensive linemen coming at him? It isn't something you just decide, you have to be among the ultimate athletes within that specific environment.

He will probably need to try out for Arena football or play for college football. If he has a rocketarm, maybe he should play baseball. He probably has a better chance of becoming a pitcher in the MLB than a quarterback.

Tell him to get off his duff and find out on his own. There are always times when teams allow walk on try outs. Odds of him making it are like a zillion to one...half. It's not a movie, and there probably won't be a happy ending to it, but hey... it's worth a shot.

almost impossible...they would need to have open tryouts like in Invincible the movie...sorry it sounds like he will never make it...have him go try out for the CFL or arena league maybe he will get noticed that way but i doubt it

Figure out when the teams are holding tryouts, and schedule it with the team.
