If you didn't mean to insult people with Down syndrome (or the people that love someone with Down syndrome) than why did you even make the comment. You meant what you said, you meant it to be an insult and not just to Paris Hilton, but to a group of people who were born with a condition they could not help, but who nevertheless suceed and thrive in our society despite the unkindness of some people who lack any true understanding of what Down syndrome is.
